Domande frequenti
Cosa fa MeetingSense?
Quali formati posso caricare?
I miei dati vengono salvati?
Come si colloca MeetingSense rispetto all'AI Act europeo?

Frequently asked questions
What does MeetingSense do?
It turns a meeting transcript into a summary, decisions, action items per person, follow-ups, risks, unanswered questions and quoted metrics.
Which formats can I upload?
You can paste text or upload a .txt or .vtt file (captions exported from Teams, Meet or Zoom) up to 2 MB. Very long transcripts are cut: only the first part is analyzed, and you see a notice.
Is my data stored?
MeetingSense does not store the transcript. The text is however sent to OpenRouter and the providers of the free models, which may log it. Do not enter confidential data. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Why is there a daily analysis limit?
The service uses free models with a limited quota. Each visitor can run 6 analyses per day, and the service accepts 200 in total. Counters reset at midnight UTC.
I got a saturation error. What should I do?
Free models are sometimes overloaded. Try again after a few minutes. If you see the daily limit message, try again the next day.
Are the results always correct?
No. They are generated by an AI model and may contain errors or omissions. Always check decisions and assignments before sharing them.
How do I export the result?
Use the "Copy as Markdown" button at the end of the outcome, then paste wherever you like (Notion, email, Teams).
What language are the results in?
The language selected at the top (IT or EN), even if the transcript is in another language.
How does MeetingSense fit under the EU AI Act?
MeetingSense is an AI system that summarizes text and uses third-party models. It does not recognize emotions, evaluate people or make decisions for you, so it falls neither under the prohibited uses nor under the high-risk uses of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. Generated content is labeled as such, and the Terms of Use exclude the uses that could change this assessment.
